The Service is intended for licensed contractors and certified tradespeople operating in Canada.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, current information during registration and keep your profile up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
• One person or company may maintain only one account.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The match scores, match reasons, and draft proposals generated by our Service are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice, legal counsel, or a guarantee of bid success. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before submitting any bid or proposal.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular procurement opportunity.

5. Data Accuracy & Job Listings

Job postings displayed in the Service are scraped from publicly available Canadian procurement portals. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing. Closing dates, requirements, and other details may change after we index them. Always verify details on the original posting source before taking action.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond its intended use.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access the Service through your account.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent profile information.
• Use the Service to submit bids or proposals that misrepresent your qualifications.

7. Intellectual Property

The Cornerstone Contracts name, logo, and platform design are the property of Cornerstone Contracts Inc. AI-generated draft proposals are provided to you as a starting point — once you edit and submit a proposal, the final version is your own work product. We retain no ownership over your submitted bids.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance and external scraper source changes may temporarily affect data freshness.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cornerstone Contracts Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost bids, business interruption, or damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Edmonton, Alberta.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
